Hi there! I’m so glad you stopped by. Welcome to Sips & Sequins! My name is Lauren Moore and I launched this site in 2016 as a creative outlet for the topics I am passionate about. I love to share information and figured if my friends and family liked what I had to say, maybe you would too! You can expect to find family, travel, and lifestyle content on my blog and maybe even some stuff in between.
About Me
I am a wifey to my wonderful husband, Chris, a momma to our beautiful one year old daughter, Brighton Rose, and a dog mom to our 13 year old long haired chihuahua, Riley. We reside in Chicago and love raising our family here. So far – no plans to move to the burbs.
My undergrad degree is in fashion and I had the coolest internship ever with Mara Hoffman in NYC. I strayed away from fashion to dabble in the world of commercial real estate and realized I craved a more creative environment. In pursuit of happiness, I acquired my Interior Design Certificate from The School of the Art Institute in Chicago. I am currently a stay at home mom, which is the hardest, yet most rewarding job I’ve ever had.
