They are super easy and delicious. Brighton Baby tested and approved. 😋 Swipe for proof.

Ingredients
• 2.5 c all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp instant espresso powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c butter, softened
• 1 c sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chocolate or white chocolate chips

Recipe
1️⃣ preheat oven 350°, line cookie sheets with parchment, whisk together dry ingredients
2️⃣ cream butter & sugar, until fluffy, add egg & vanilla, mix well, slowly add dry ingredients on low
3️⃣ make 1” balls, bake 8-10 min, switching racks half way through, let cool slightly and transfer to racks
4️⃣ microwave chocolate chips in 30 sec intervals, until melted, drizzle over cookies Happy Thanksgiving!!! 🧡 So thankful for my family!
