Have you ever heard of a corn soufflé? I had never heard of it before celebrating holidays with my husband’s family. It’s basically a creamy, buttery corn bread. It’s a sweet addition to any savory holiday plate and beyond easy to make. This recipe is a great choice to bring to a pot luck party as it reheats well. I guarantee everyone will love it!
