I wanted to do something special for Brighton today, so I ordered the ingredients for Cocoa Cookies from @peapoddelivers. [Bookmark this post for recipe!!] #peapoddelivers #holidaydelivered #ad
⠀⠀
They are super easy and delicious. Brighton Baby tested and approved. 😋 Swipe for proof.
⠀⠀
Ingredients
• 2.5 c all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp instant espresso powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c butter, softened
• 1 c sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chocolate or white chocolate chips
⠀⠀
Recipe
1️⃣ preheat oven 350°, line cookie sheets with parchment, whisk together dry ingredients
2️⃣ cream butter & sugar, until fluffy, add egg & vanilla, mix well, slowly add dry ingredients on low
3️⃣ make 1” balls, bake 8-10 min, switching racks half way through, let cool slightly and transfer to racks
4️⃣ microwave chocolate chips in 30 sec intervals, until melted, drizzle over cookies Happy Thanksgiving!!! 🧡 So thankful for my family!

Do you know about @Birchbox?? They send you curated boxes (or you can choose to be surprised) of deluxe size samples once a month. Thankfully I chose the winter hydration curated box this month. Why is Chicago’s weather so brutal already?

Anyways, I started subscribing to @Birchbox as my monthly self-care reminder to take a few minutes to pamper myself at home. This would actually be an awesome gift for anyone on your list. They even have grooming kits for men!

I will be doing a few posts from now until the end of the year as a brand partner (I’m so excited!!) AND they are giving away an annual subscription this month and next! You should go enter. Link in bio.
